As more and more people come to look around, they'll be finding one thing or another, and may be confused about it. For the more frequently asked questions, I'll answer them to the best of my ability here.
I'm not sure where to start on the template, it's quite complicated...Quite so =P I'm aware the coding is complicated, but as far as the structure and organization, everything isn't that complicated once you see how it's organized. I've said before that the template is optional, you just need to make sure you give me the same information I'm looking for =) Some people like to make their own templates, and I see nothing wrong with that. Is there a reason for coming off a bit...strong about the RP?Yes and no. No, because I want people to be interested in this RP, and after writing all of the information, I guess anyone would get a bit put off from someone being factual with them. At the same time, yes, because in all honest, I know already that a lot of people won't join because of the writing requirement. It's not that they can't do it, it's that so few people do write that much, and are interested in Bleach RPs. I've seen quite a few people write double what's required here, but they're more interested in Harry Potter RPs, they don't like Anime, or any other number of reasons. Is that a bad thing? No, but it just means they won't join here. There are people out there who may want to join, they just haven't found this place yet =P Could you explain the stat system again? I'm still confused.Best way I can explain is give you examples. The fore most example I can give you are the accepted profiles. If you go there, and look at the already made profiles, you'll see the stats being used and so on, you'll actually see it for what it should look like. Other than that, you'd have to be specific as to what's confusing you. But my "such and such" doesn't need stats, it's the ultimate "such and such".I've been nice so far with everything, and I've given people a lot of freedom. I don't make these rules for my own amusement. I give people a constraint, explain everything to them, and I like seeing the quality characters people are able to make. I'm expecting people to know what they want, but how they get there is another story. However, my first reaction to this kind of statement (which I've gotten more than a couple of times before from more than two people) is that no weapon/ability/technique is the ultimate of anything. I've seen some interesting things, and I can tell you, none of them are "the ultimate". Saying you don't need stats is not acceptable. Everything can be combined with the stat system, and if something's off with how things are going with the technique, I will help you fix it. However, I am one of those people who believe that everyone should set good standards for themselves. If you don't like the RP because of the stats, okay. Will I take the stats down? Heck no. The stat system is in place for a very good reason: to make sure no one abuses their character. Even the greatest writer will have moments where they want to be the best of everything. I'm guilty of that (I'm so guilty of that, in some ways, I half wonder if I made the system for myself). I put this system here to make sure no one abuses their character, or another person's character. If you don't like that, this RP isn't for you. What major requirements are needed for the template(s)?It gets a little confusing between them, but the major things in common is the appearance, personality, and history of your character. If you have those, it'll be smooth sailing trying to get the required information for you specific character. At least it should be, but things can be edited. Another thing in common is the stats, but that's specific to each character.
